ASUS TUF GAMING B450M PRO

Got a few issues

Bought this because my older pc quit.....again. thought it was about time to get an upgrade. When it arrived I pieced it together, but was disappointed when nothing happened. Went through and made sure everything was attached properly, still nothing. Still working on it. Worried it could be DOA. I'm hoping not. Gonna try a speaker to diagnose it.
